An Intro Ride, Then an Invitation
Start with an intro ride: unhurried, guided, and matched to you and the horse. If the trail and the Grove are a fit, membership in the Palm & Stable Trail Club is by invitation. Ask us if you would like to know more.
If You Are New to Horses
Tour the stables, take a short trail lesson, and ride out when you are ready. The same intro, paced for you.
Before You Arrive
Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. We provide helmets and match you to a horse.
The trails
Miles of Shaded Sand
Jupiter Farms keeps some of the last connected trail riding in Palm Beach County. Live oaks, sand footing that drains within the hour after a storm, and long stretches where you will not meet anyone.
Riders go out with a guide who knows both the route and the horses. Nobody is sent off alone, and the horses are chosen for the rider rather than the other way around.
Who it suits
First-Timers and Long-Time Riders
You do not need to have ridden before. A short introduction in the arena comes first, so you are comfortable steering and stopping before anyone heads for the gate.
Experienced riders can ask for a longer route and a horse with more forward in it. Just let us know and we will plan accordingly.
